ALLEGED CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATION ENDS IN FAVOR OF KANSAS CLIENT

Child abuse charges sometimes begin with an investigated by the Kansas Department of Child Protective Services (CPS). Do not be fooled by the agency's title.
