Once your case is reviewed additional fees will be charged for all services necessary for your case, up to trial, and any exceptions will be discussed. Should your case go to trial, there will be additional fees. If your case is, or becomes, more complex than initially disclosed the fee may also increase. The general retainer is a fee is fixed because efforts and resources devoted to your case, and/or conflicts of interest inherent in said matter, may preclude your attorney from accepting other engagements.   • Contested Divorce - $2750 
  • Contested Divorce ( w/children) - $3750 
  • Protection from Abuse Petition - $1750 
  • Modification of Orders - $1750 
  • Visitation Requests/Amendments - $2750 ​
  • Establishment or Enforcement of Child Support - $1750
