• Uncontested divorce (no children) - $1750 first payment 
• Contested Divorce - $2750 first payment
• Contested Divorce ( w/children) - $3750 first payment
• Protection from Abuse Petition - $1750 first payment
• Modification of Orders - $1750 first payment
• Visitation Requests/Amendments - $2750 first payment​
• Establishment or Enforcement of Child Support - $1750 first payment
