Mylan's EpiPens and EpiPens Jr., used to treat allergic reactions to insect stings/bites, foods, drugs, and other allergens, are being recalled across the nation. The FDA reports that these "pens" may have a defective part. This defect may prevent the "pen" from activating and could cause injury, and even death of, those experiencing an allergic reaction.
